3. Action Upon Receipt

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification should include your name, address, and contact information, identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, where applicable, and your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, we may limit access to or terminate users, contributors, or sources that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
6. Misrepresentations
Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith copyright claims or counter-claims may result in legal liability. Please ensure that all notices are truthful and legally valid before submission.
